Principle and Structure:



The Weighing Sensor is constructed using the principle of resistance strain. When the measured force acts directly on the strain gauge of the hollow cylinder pasted with the resistance strain gauge through the pull-indenter, the strain gauge is axially compressed and radially expanded, the corresponding axial resistance strain value decreases, and the radial value increases.This results in a decrease in the corresponding axial resistance strain value and an increase in the radial value. When the bridge is out of balance, an unbalanced voltage output is generated at the angle output when the bridge power is supplied from the outside. This output is proportional to the measured force acting on the load cell. The weighing sensor utilizes this principle to measure forces accurately and efficiently.
