Principle and Structure:
The weighing sensor functions via the resistance strain principle, where in the applied force is transmitted directly to the strain gauge positioned on a hollow cylinder. This action induces axial compression and radial expansion within the gauge, leading to alterations in the axial and radial resistance strain values. Subsequently, this modification causes an imbalance in the linked Wheatstone bridge. Upon receiving external power, the bridge produces an output voltage at its angular output that corresponds proportionally to the force exerted on the load cell, thereby ensuring precise measurement accuracy.
