Principle and Structure:
The weighing sensor operates on the resistance strain principle, where the applied force is directly transferred to the strain gauge on a hollow cylinder, causing axial compression and radial expansion. This alters the axial and radial resistance strain values, leading to an imbalance in the attached Wheatstone bridge. With external power, the bridge generates an output voltage at its angle output, proportional to the force on the load cell, ensuring precise measurement.
