Principle and Structure:
 
The weighing sensor utilises the principle of resistance strain, wherein the measured force is directly applied to the strain gauge affixed to the hollow cylinder's surface. This application induces axial compression and radial expansion in the strain gauge, resulting in a decrease in the axial resistance strain value and a corresponding increase in the radial value. Consequently, this causes the Wheatstone bridge to which the strain gauge is connected to become unbalanced. The bridge then outputs an imbalance voltage at its angle output when external power is supplied. This voltage is directly proportional to the measured force exerted on the load cell, thereby enabling accurate measurement and analysis. The design ensures high precision and reliability, making it suitable for various weighing applications.
