The oil pressure sensor is mainly composed of three parts: pressure taker, transmission circuit and electrical output interface. The basic structure of the pressure taker is to sense the pressure change through the strip resistance, and at the same time through the Wheatstone bridge structure, the resistance change is amplified and converted into a pressure difference, and then sent to the transmission circuit for filtering, amplification and other processing. In the process of oil pressure detection, the temperature change is unavoidable. Usually, a temperature sensitive resistor is made separately from the four resistance bars of the Wheatstone bridge to simultaneously detect the temperature change in the area where the sensitive resistor is located, and correct the subsequent temperature drift. Provides a temperature value. At the same time, in order to prevent the impact of oil pressure overshoot, some products make an inverted funnel inlet at the front end of the pressure taker, which can obviously avoid and reduce the impact of oil pressure overshoot.
