Parallel beam load cell is one of the most commonly used load cells, widely used in electronic scales, kitchen scales, jewelry scales and other industrial fields, is an indispensable core component of industrial and agricultural automation systems, shape as a quadrilateral shape, the industry collectively known as parallel beam load cells.
Installation: first prepare two flat plates, material and size according to the need to determine. Punch a good eye according to the fixing hole of the load cell; then prepare four screws, screw caps and the following feet. Place the load cell between the two plates and fix the plate to the parallel beam load cell firmly with the hexagonal screws. The upper plate fixes one end of the load cell and the lower plate fixes the other end of the load cell. When fixing, add pre-prepared spacers between the upper and lower plates and the load cell, so that the load cell can be suspended and force measured. Finally, the spacers and other components are fixed to complete the installation of the load cell.
