Manual hydraulic weighing sensor: This type of sensor mainly relies on a simple high pressure oil source as the power source, which is controlled by the manual adjustment valve.
The loading process shall be completed manually and belongs to the open-loop control system.
Limited by the oil source flow rate and the main engine structure, the cylinder piston stroke of the manual hydraulic weighing sensor is usually short, and the test speed is relatively low.
Due to the price factor, the force sensor usually uses the pressure sensor (the pressure sensor may be used when large tonnage), so the accuracy and range are limited, the general accuracy is 1 or 2 levels, the range is generally 4%!

Electro-hydraulic servo weighing sensor: this kind of sensor uses precision high pressure oil source as the power source, through the servo valve or proportional loop automatic control valve.
Its control performance is high, can realize the load, strain, displacement and other control modes.
The same as the manual hydraulic weighing sensor, the test speed is also low due to the limitation of the oil source flow rate.
But using the closed-loop automatic control, the system stiffness becomes the key to the normal operation of the whole system.
In order to reduce the influence of liquid on the stiffness of the whole machine, the travel of the electro-hydraulic servo tester is usually small.
At the same time, affected by the stiffness of the whole machine, the tonnage of the electro-hydraulic servo test machine is also large, basically more than one ton.
