The measurement accuracy of weighing instruments has a significant impact on their price, so when choosing a weighing instrument, one should choose according to their own accuracy requirements; At present, the general regulations for trade scales in the country require an accuracy of one thousandth, while there is no clear requirement for craft scales, which are generally determined by the owners themselves. Weighing instruments are generally divided into two types: weighing display instruments and weighing control instruments, and the price difference between these two types is also very large; The weighing display instrument only displays weight, and there are no requirements for signal transmission; However, in general, many industrial applications require weighing instruments to send weighing data to the DSC system for display control. Depending on the requirements on site, attention should be paid to selecting the signal transmission method, usually analog or RS485, RS232, Modbus and other communication methods. The prices of these required instruments are also different. Instruments are generally divided into desktop, embedded, and rail mounted types; Desktop instruments can be placed on any tabletop for weight display, with most instruments displaying weight changes at any time after weighing; Embedded and track type instruments are generally placed inside stainless steel control boxes.
