How to choose dynamic and static load weighing modules
When choosing a weighing module, there is always a question of how to choose between dynamic and static loads? So how to distinguish between dynamic and static loads?
Static load weighing module: suitable for situations where only vertical force is applied and horizontal force is small. The static load module can be easily installed on containers of various shapes, becoming a weighing system.
The dimensions of the top and bottom plates of the static load weighing module are the same, but there are three ways to connect the top plate and sensors:
1. Fixed weighing module: The sensors of the fixed module are connected to the top plate through sensor connection columns, and there will be no displacement in any direction at the connection. During installation design, all rigid pipelines and electrical connections should be placed near fixed modules for accurate weighing.
2. Semi floating weighing module: The semi floating module is designed to prevent the deformation of the container from affecting the weighing accuracy. Its top plate allows for radial movement, while tangential movement is limited to prevent rotation of the scale body.
3. Fully floating weighing module: The top plate of the floating module allows for movement in any direction, and the range of movement is limited by the gap between the supporting bolt head and the counterbore.
Dynamic load weighing module: suitable for situations with significant horizontal forces, such as belt conveyors, mixing tanks, process controllers, etc.
