After the installation of the weighing sensor on site, the appearance of the installation should be inspected, the operation should be tested, and adjustments should be made. The specific methods are as follows:
Firstly, it is necessary to check whether the accessories of the weighing sensor are vertical, whether the effect of gravity is at the center point of the force bearing part of the weighing sensor, and whether there are no bumps or factors affecting the weighing around the accessories.
2. Check if the platform where the weighing sensor is located is stable.
3. After confirming that there are no installation issues, add a power supply to the weighing sensor and use a multimeter to check the output signals of each sensor. If the output signals are basically equal, then each sensor is basically fully stressed; If the difference in weak output signals is too large, it indicates that the weighing sensor with a small signal is not fully stressed. In this case, it is necessary to adjust the support foot. You can choose to add a thin gasket under the fixed plate to fully force the weighing sensor until the output signal tends to be equal to other sensors.
4. When connecting the weighing sensor and its components to the weighing platform, bolt connection or spot welding is generally used. During spot welding, attention should be paid to covering the sensor to avoid the high temperature of welding spatter causing the sensor to anneal. Ensure proper grounding during welding to prevent current from passing through the sensor.
After these checks are completed, the weighing sensor can be connected to the weighing junction box and weighing instrument.
