High precision monocrystalline silicon pressure sensor is a sensor with reliable overload pressure protection function. It adopts imported MEMS monocrystalline silicon pressure chip to achieve internationally leading overvoltage performance and ensure excellent signal stability. Assembly is carried out using a fully welded sealed structure, and silicone oil is filled under high vacuum. Different materials of measuring diaphragms can isolate the measured medium from the pressure chip, while also enabling the sensor to perform long-term reliable measurement of pressure difference signals from various highly corrosive media. Monocrystalline silicon pressure sensor is a device that directly applies the measured pressure to the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro displacement proportional to the pressure. This change is detected by an integrated electronic circuit and converted into a standard measurement signal corresponding to the pressure.

Monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitters are used to measure the liquid level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mA HART current signals for output. The difference from traditional pressure transmitters is that it uses nano monocrystalline silicon as the sensor material.
