1. The weighing module is applied to material measurement

Generally speaking, the measurement of liquid in storage tanks is mostly carried out using a ruler flow meter. But both methods measure by volume and then convert to weight based on the density of the liquid. Due to factors such as density and temperature, the error is relatively large. Although there are currently mass flow meters, they are rarely used by general enterprises due to their high price. Therefore, using electronic weighing modules to directly weigh materials is more economical and practical.

2. The weighing module is applied for liquid level indication and control

Liquid level is an important control parameter in the chemical production process. Usually, in addition to on-site liquid level indicators, transmitters are used to convert liquid level signals into standard electrical or gas signals for remote transmission to the control room. But this method, in addition to the error in liquid level caused by changes in density as mentioned earlier, may also result in false liquid level due to material crystallization, clogging, etc., and in severe cases, may even cause accidents. In addition, due to the direct contact between the measuring part of the transmitter and the measured medium, expensive corrosion-resistant materials need to be selected for some corrosive media. And the weighing module does not directly contact the measured medium, so the above disadvantages do not exist. And the weighing display instrument can be equipped with an analog output interface, which can be connected to the recorder and regulator to achieve automatic recording and control.

3. The weighing module is applied in situations where there are strict requirements for the feeding amount

Some production processes have strict requirements for the amount of material to be fed, and many companies directly place measuring tanks on the ground to control the amount of material to be fed. However, during the maintenance or calibration of the above ground scale, it is necessary to use lifting equipment to lift down the measuring trough, which is quite troublesome. If an electronic weighing module is used, as the measuring slot itself serves as the scale body, there is no lifting problem and maintenance is relatively convenient.
