A Dynamic and Static Combination Anti-Overturning Module Weighing Sensor
The present invention discloses a dynamic and static combination anti-overturning module weighing sensor, which belongs to the technical field of weighing equipment. It includes a top plate, a pressure head assembly, a sensor elastic body, a pin shaft, and a bottom plate. The pressure head assembly is positioned at the center of the underside of the top plate. At the bottom center of the pressure head assembly, there is a deep hole with a circular arc-shaped inner bottom surface. The top of the sensor elastic body features a ball-head structure that fits into the circular arc-shaped inner bottom surface of the deep hole. A horizontal through-hole is drilled through the vertical side wall of the deep hole, aligning with a corresponding through-hole in the sensor elastic body. The pin shaft is horizontally inserted through both the inner hole and the through-hole in the sensor elastic body, and a fastener is affixed to the end of the pin shaft. The bottom of the sensor elastic body is securely attached to the bottom plate.
This invention enhances the installation convenience of the anti-overturning structure for weighing equipment and reduces the safety risks associated with equipment overturning during the weighing process.
